healthy breakfast crepes


1 egg
1 tbsp gluten free Brownie mix
1 tbsp soy milk or water
1 tbsp vegan butter
4 strawberries
1/4 cup compound chocolate chips



get a small bowl and whisk the egg
add milk and brownie mix.
in large frying pan melt butter.
 add batter wait four bubbles to form in the middle. flip crepe cook other side.
serve with strawberries and
melted chocolate.
