granola cookies




















2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of gluten free rice krispies
1 cup of rice flour
1 egg
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of maple syrup
1tbsp of vanilla
1/2 of cup chopped apricots
1/2 of cup ground almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup compound chocolate chips
1/2 cup craisins

Preheat oven to 350
Put everything in a large mixing bowl.
Mix and scoop into cookies on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.



We made granola bars all in the same recipe.
The only thing different is that we put it in a square pan.
and we cut it after it cooled.

My favorite is the cookies.
But i loved the granola bars too.
